LabelLens is published by Paolo Tozzo, legal business number 181336668, Varna, Bulgaria. By accessing or using LabelLens, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. What LabelLens provides

LabelLens is an independent information and comparison service. It organizes product-label facts, calculated comparison metrics, source references, and retailer offers to help visitors compare supplements. LabelLens is not a supplement manufacturer, retailer, pharmacy, marketplace, or healthcare provider.

3. Product information and calculations

LabelLens aims to use attributable product labels and retailer pages, but labels, formulations, prices, availability, shipping, taxes, and retailer terms can change without notice. Information may be incomplete, delayed, mistranscribed, or unavailable.

Calculated figures are estimates based on disclosed serving information and the selected offer. Always verify the current label, package, warnings, price, and purchase terms with the manufacturer or retailer before relying on them. A comparison score or ordering is not a verdict about safety, quality, effectiveness, or suitability for you.

4. Retailers, purchases, and affiliate links

Retailer and manufacturer links lead to independent third parties. Any purchase is solely between you and that third party and is governed by its prices, taxes, shipping, returns, warranties, terms, and privacy practices. LabelLens is not responsible for completing, fulfilling, or refunding a transaction.

5. Acceptable use

You may use LabelLens for lawful personal and informational purposes. You must not:

• interfere with the site, probe for vulnerabilities, bypass access controls, or attempt unauthorized administration access;
• submit malware, abusive traffic, unlawful material, or content that violates another person's rights;
• use automated extraction or high-volume requests in a way that disrupts the service or ignores published technical controls;
• misrepresent LabelLens content, rankings, or branding as your own or as a medical recommendation; or
• use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive activity.

6. Intellectual property

LabelLens branding, site design, original explanatory text, software, and original organization of content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Product names, trademarks, product images, labels, and third-party materials belong to their respective owners. Reference to a product or retailer does not imply sponsorship or endorsement unless explicitly stated.

You may link to public pages and use short quotations with attribution where permitted by law. No other license is granted except as necessary to use the site normally.

7. Availability and changes

LabelLens may add, change, suspend, correct, archive, or remove content or features at any time. Access may be interrupted for maintenance, security, provider outages, or circumstances outside reasonable control. These Terms may be updated; continued use after an updated version is published means the updated Terms apply from their stated effective date.

8. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LabelLens is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of uninterrupted availability, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Nothing on the site guarantees a health outcome, product result, retailer price, stock status, or third-party performance.

Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Paolo Tozzo and LabelLens are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive loss arising from use of, inability to use, or reliance on the site, third-party content, or retailer transactions. Direct liability is limited to loss that was reasonably foreseeable and directly caused by a breach of a legal duty owed to you.

These limitations do not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, including for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or death or personal injury where applicable law prohibits exclusion.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria, without applying rules that would select another jurisdiction's law. Courts in Bulgaria have jurisdiction, except where mandatory law gives you the right to use another court or another law. Before filing a dispute, please contact LabelLens so the issue can be considered informally.
